Refunds & Returns Policy

All categories of goods purchased on our website are subject to return and exchange.


Goods of proper quality are goods without defects, which for certain reasons did not suit the Customer (when placing an order was incorrectly specified model or the product did not satisfy the customer with shape, size, color, or other characteristics and can not be used for its intended purpose). Return or exchange of goods of proper quality is possible, if it has not been used, its marketable appearance is preserved. If the goods of the proper quality were affected by temperature conditions and other mechanical effects, exchange and return are not possible.
Goods of improper quality are considered to be goods with defects or deformation. In case of receipt of goods of improper quality by the client, the exchange is made at the expense of the company or a full refund.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


Terms of return for goods of proper quality


Within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer you have the right to return or exchange the goods purchased on our site, provided that:

  • the goods have fully retained their marketable appearance;
  • the goods are complete, all labels are preserved;

Procedure for returning goods of Good Quality:

  • e-mail us at support@jnlfashiontrends.com and inform us of your intention to return the merchandise you paid for;
  • After we have approved the return, refund, or exchange, the goods must be returned to our warehouse at the following address: 15795 Rockfield Blvd Suite G Irvine, CA 92618.
  • please email support@jnlfashiontrends.com with the declaration number of the shipped parcel and the bank card number for the refund.
  • After receiving, and checking the contents of the parcel for compliance with the conditions of return of goods, we will refund your money to your bank card or send you another product within three working days.
    Carrier services are at the expense of the Buyer.
    Conditions of return for goods of improper quality
    We carefully check the goods before shipment, but still do not exclude the possibility of defects. If you receive a defective item, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

Procedure for returning goods of improper quality:?

  • e-mail us at support@jnlfashiontrends.com and inform us of your intention to return the merchandise you paid for;
  • Once we have approved the return, refund, or exchange, the goods must be returned to our warehouse at the following address: 15795 Rockfield Blvd Suite G Irvine, CA 92618.
    -Send the declaration number of the shipped parcel and the bank card number for the refund to support@jnlfashiontrends.com.
    -When we receive the goods within three business days, we will refund your money to your bank card or send you another item.
    Carrier services for the transfer of money are at the expense of the Seller.
    Refunds are made after receipt of the goods by the seller within 3 working days.
    Refunds are made to a card or money transfer to the branch of logistics services.

How do I request a refund, return, or exchange?

We understand that in some situations you need to ask for a refund, return, or exchange.  We have outlined the following steps for you to streamline and make the process easier.

  1. In the event of a refund, return, or exchange request, contact our Customer Support team via email at support@jnlfashiontrends.com or use a “Contact Us” page and send us a message with your inquiry including the evidence if required.
  2. After we have approved the order refund, return, or exchange, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the following address: 15795 Rockfield Blvd Suite G Irvine, CA 92618. 
  3. The return process is simple. Just follow these steps:
    1. Box up your items with the original packaging if possible. Be sure to remove any existing labels from the packaging.
    2. In case if damaged or incorrect product is received, ask us for the shipping label
    3. Print out the shipping label (if provided) and tape it to your package, ensuring that the bar code is clearly visible. If the shipping label is not provided, you can create it, where you would need to specify your return address and the address of our warehouse mentioned above.
    4. Take the package to one of the shipping carrier’s drop-off locations, or schedule a pick-up.
  4. You MUST return the product and provide a tracking number
  5. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. IMPORTANT: Your MUST return the item at your own expense (unless the item is damaged or incorrect in which case we provide you with a shipping label) to our warehouse at the address mentioned above.
  6. In order for us to ship a replacement product or process a refund for a damaged or incorrect product, we require a tracking number for the item returned.

Are there any items I can’t return?

You can return any item purchased by following our refunds & returns policies and procedures

Cases when funds will not be returned?

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
